Delivery & Returns
You are buying a ‘one-off’ pieces of furniture, hence ready to send to you. However, some of the items are on sale elsewhere, although the website is updated daily, so generally what is online is what’s available to buy.
We use various delivery companies plus a local courier for the larger items. Collection is either from Powick, near Worcester/Malvern or Winchcombe Antique Centre in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire. Should you wish to collect yourself, then please call Caroline on 07989 301920.
We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible, a week for the smaller items or 2-3 weeks for the larger. If the delivery is over 2 weeks you will be contacted. If you are in need of your purchase quicker, please let us know when placing your order and we will endeavour to fulfil (additional charges may apply).
We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all our items, based on the information above. ‘Free UK Delivery’ applies to UK Mainland only. More remote locations will be subject to additional charges. If we cannot deliver to your desired location, we will offer you a full refund.
For larger items requiring a two-man delivery, we will contact you once your order has been placed to confirm if you are able to help unload.
Please make sure you measure up before purchasing furniture online. Think about where it is going in your home and check the access such as doorways, staircases etc. We cannot be responsible for furniture that won’t fit on delivery and you will be charged for courier costs should the item need to be returned.
The furniture that Vintage Forever paints is vintage therefore there maybe imperfections that you would expect with furniture of this age. This is inherent with the nature of the nature and character of the shabbie chic style. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund your money (minus delivery costs) within 7 Days. However, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at our workshop address and costs thereof. If you require us to collect then please contact Caroline on 07989 301920.
If you are purchasing large/heavy/tall items, such as wardrobes, kitchen dressers and cabinets, we recommend you fix these items to a solid wall to prevent items falling forward and causing injury. We cannot accept any responsibility for accidents occurring in this manner.
